VINCE STROOP

NoMad. Paramount. Crosby Street Hotel. Refinery. If a hotel is on a hot list, chances are that Stonehill & Taylor was involved with the design. Under Vince Stroop’s leadership, the firm undertook one of their first major residential commissions with 300 East 64th. Using principles of hospitality design, Stonehill & Taylor created warm and welcoming community spaces on multiple levels, converting this building into one of the most desirable addresses on the Upper East Side.

MEG SHARPE

A protégé of Kelly Wearstler and Ralph Lauren, and a former resident of the Upper East Side, Meg’s style and vision was integral in transforming 300 East 64th into one of the most stylish condominiums in New York City. Acclaimed for her designs of the epicurean clubhouses The Lion and The Crown, she is known for her eclectic, tailored and witty aesthetic vocabulary. The model residences reflect her vision of a fresh, contemporary and civilized lifestyle.

MEG SHARPE’S GUIDE TO LIVING
“300 East 64th is a building that has a mobility and flexibility within it, which is interesting. The design and architecture of it is a bit playful and fun because it’s a mix between traditional and modern. Well, it’s not modern but rather, fresh and clean and contemporary… the way people live now.”
