A protégé of Kelly Wearstler and Ralph Lauren, and a former resident of the Upper East Side, Meg’s style and vision was integral in transforming 300 East 64th into one of the most stylish condominiums in New York City. Acclaimed for her designs of the epicurean clubhouses The Lion and The Crown, she is known for her eclectic, tailored and witty aesthetic vocabulary. The model residences reflect her vision of a fresh, contemporary and civilized lifestyle.
NoMad. Paramount. Crosby Street Hotel. Refinery. If a hotel is on a hot list, chances are that Stonehill & Taylor was involved with the design. Under Vince Stroop’s leadership, the firm undertook one of their first major residential commissions with 300 East 64th. Using principles of hospitality design, Stonehill & Taylor created warm and welcoming community spaces on multiple levels, converting this building into one of the most desirable addresses on the Upper East Side.
First impressions are vital. Therefore MdeAS was commissioned to create one of the most striking entrance marquees on the Upper East Side. MdeAS, established in 1991, is an award-winning architecture firm based in New York City. With an expertise in glass façades, the firm’s body of work is varied across project types, including commercial, public space, residential and interior projects. Acclaimed residential work includes 350 West Broadway, 310 East 53rd and 777 Sixth Avenue.
If New York had an “official” photographer, we would nominate Richard Berenholtz. Over the last 25 years, he has produced what many consider to be the most comprehensive collection of photographs of NYC, including publishing six books. For the latest addition to his portfolio, he was commissioned to capture the dramatic cityscape that surrounds your new address, 300 East 64th Street.
